Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing custom treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist, focusing on enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
• Administer prescribed therapeutic exercises and perform manual therapy techniques, following the PT's guidance to effectively promote recovery and alleviate patient discomfort.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy as deemed appropriate, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Carefully monitor patients' progress during therapy sessions, documenting their responses and improvements in compliance with clinic standards.
• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to tailor treatment approaches based on ongoing patient assessments and outcomes.
• Empower patients through education on home exercise regimens, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies, fostering their long-term health and wellness.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and organized patient records in line with clinic policies and healthcare regulations to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications
