We're Hiring: Resource Analyst | Join Our Defense Support Team Location: washington DC with Travel as Required Are you a Resource Management professional with strong hands-on experience with Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution(PPBE) at HQDA or other major Army command headquarters ? We’re looking for you to support the Army's mission-critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide analytical support to the Management Decision Package (MDEP) Manager Assist with oversight of resource management functions and policy/financial document review Analyze program planning assumptions, fiscal data, and Congressional/DoD/client funding adjustments Prepare and deliver Resource Management Program Evaluation Group (RM PEG) briefings Perform variance analyses on financial performance, obligations, and execution data Identify and evaluate Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) and associated operational impacts Maintain accuracy across tools like cProbe and develop reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Support operational requirements through travel as needed within the DAMO-SSR portfolio Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in DoD planning and programming Familiarity with MDEPs, POM, Army RM systems, and DoD budget cycle Competency with Army databases (cProbe) and Microsoft Office Suite Skills in variance analysis, UFR identification, fiscal execution, and briefing preparation Knowledge of Title 10 vs Title 22 funding authorities and restrictions Abilitytosupport resource management functions for the Army (especially DAMO-SSR) Willingnesstotravel as required Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Strategic Management Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TADE GROUP LLC by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Resources Analyst” roles.
