Description Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions tailored to each patient. Use evidence‑based strategies to improve speech and language outcomes. Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and home practice guidance. Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure well‑rounded, coordinated care. Complete documentation including evaluations, progress reports, and daily notes. Qualifications Master’s degree in speech‑language pathology. Licensed in Texas. Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and age ranges. Pediatric experience preferred.
