Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or multifamily construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively. Responsibilitie sManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout .Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans .Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors .Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents .Manage subcontractor bidding, buyout, scope review, and contract execution .Monitor project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and payment applications .Lead regular project meetings and provide clear project updates to ownership and senior leadership .Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives .Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes .Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout construction .Work closely with field superintendents to coordinate day-to-day construction activities .Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover .Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, design professionals, and project partners .Qualificatio ns5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferre d.Experience managing ground-up commercial, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use project s.Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and schedule s.Experience with budgeting, estimating, change orders, and project financial s.Strong knowledge of construction processes, subcontractor management, and project control s.Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skill s.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen t.Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platform s.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferre itsCompetitive base sal aryHealth, dental, and vision benef itsPaid time off401(k) and/or company retirement benef iesProfessional development and train ingStrong company culture and supportive leaders #J-18808-Ljbffr
