SYNERGY HomeCare of North County is looking for exceptional caregivers who want steady hours, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team that truly appreciates great caregivers.
We provide one-on-one care in clients' homes throughout North County - Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, 4S Ranch, San Marcos & Escondido. We also offer childcare opportunities for hours.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Companionship: Activities, socialization, emotional support
Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, hygiene, transfers, mobility
Household Support: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
Monitor Health: Keep clients safe/healthy by reporting observed condition changes to management, medication reminders
QUALIFICATIONS:
6 months to 1 year of professional experience (preferred)
Valid Driver's License/insurance & reliable vehicle
CPR/first Aid & negative TB test (last 90 days)
Online Homecare Aide Registry (HCA) preferred; assistance available for registration
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
