About the Role As Practice Manager, you'll partner closely with our Medical Director and Assistant Practice Manager to support hospital operations, team development, financial performance, and culture. This is not a maintenance role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of an already successful hospital. You’ll lead and develop team members, improve processes, support growth initiatives, and help ensure Harbor Point continues to deliver the exceptional experience that earned national recognition. What You'll Be Doing Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members Managing scheduling, workflows, inventory, facilities, and daily operations Monitoring key business metrics and financial performance Supporting a culture of accountability, engagement, and recognition Collaborating with Encore's HR, Recruiting, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have 3+ years of leadership or practice management experience Enjoy developing people and building strong teams Can confidently interpret a P&L and use it to make thoughtful business decisions Balance accountability with empathy Stay calm and solutions-focused during challenges Are excited about continued leadership growth Bonus Points For: Veterinary practice experience CVPM certification (or actively pursuing it) Business, finance, or management experience Experience with scheduling, payroll, HRIS, or practice management systems Why Harbor Point?
