We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, and snow & ice management operations. Responsibilities Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance Serve as primary client contact; conduct site visits as needed Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities Monitor field operations and implement process improvements Oversee snow and ice management operations during winter Manage budgets, equipment maintenance, and departmental resources Maintain an active field presence and lead by example Qualifications 5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations 3+ years in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Job Details Type: Full-time (Seasonal) | 40+ hours/week Pay: $26–$35/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–12 hour day shifts Benefits Health & dental insurance Flexible scheduling Paid sick & safe time Overtime: 1.5x after 40 hours/week 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after 6 months Safety boot reimbursement $500 employee referral bonus Ready to lead and grow with us?
