Distribution Center SupervisorCardinal Staffing Services is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor for a toy distributor in Whitehouse, OH. As a Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and oversee a team of associates, ensuring efficient execution of daily operations. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $25/h as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.1st shift: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm. Overtime may be mandatory during the week and on Sundays.Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:Inventory maintenance and cycle counting.Develop and enforce SOPs.Lead, train, and manage staff and supervisors.Coordinate transportation, carriers, and shipping schedulesManage budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses.Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor preferred.2--4 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and material handling equipment.Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.Ability to work overtime as needed.At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
