Available Shifts 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am Job Description Packaging Associate – Santa Fe Springs, CA Compensation Competitive starting pay rate of $18.18 per hour, paid weekly Bonuses: Eligible for a monthly bonus based on plant productivity Refer program bonus for friends and family Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle and package products, monitoring product quality Manufacturing/production/warehouse experience desired Previous packaging experience a plus Previous experience working on a production floor is a plus Qualifications Education: Grade 10 or equivalent; up to 3 months of related training or experience Mathematical skills: Ability to add and subtract 4‑digit numbers Mechanical skills: Basic knowledge of machinery or processes; may need to stop machine, shut off glue lines, and clear jammed cartons Communication skills: Must read, write, and understand basic English; communicate positively with coworkers and management, and handle pressure professionally Reasoning ability: Follow established guidelines; make decisions about product quality and acceptability Company Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with resources focused on mental, physical, and financial health.
