Job Overview Internal Therapy Float in Ensign Affiliated Facilities – Santa Barbara, CA We are currently operating two skilled nursing and post‑acute rehab facilities. We seek a dynamic Full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to travel among our Santa Barbara area locations. Full‑time flexible schedule with work‑life balance. Pay: $65‑70/hour based on experience. Responsibilities This position offers an exciting opportunity to do more than just fill in. As part of our organization, you can become an expert in providing care to the aging population and take advantage of focused program training to enhance your therapy career. Have full‑time hours while having variety in location based on resident and staffing needs. Be a constant presence to affect patient outcomes and quality of life. Provide skilled services using NetHealth and PCC platforms for documentation of skilled services. Deliver therapy to a variety of patient conditions, diagnoses, and programming for both short‑term and long‑term care residents. Qualifications Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist. Open to SLPs at all experience levels.
