Schedule: 3x12 Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Highlights:

• Dynamic L&D unit with 4 labor beds, 4 triage beds, and 13 obstetric beds
• Comprehensive maternal-newborn care including couplet care and postpartum services
• Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
• Bi-weekly orientation with 48 hours of structured onboarding
• Flexible contract length available; one requested time off period accommodated
• Scrubs provided; interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid state or compact license
• Minimum 2-3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring), AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• Preferred Certification: STABLE
• Competencies in antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, couplet care, and basic medical-surgical skills for hysterectomy patients
• Ability to manage patient ratios of 3:1 on night shift
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Willingness to work at least one holiday during assignment
• Ability to float within the facility as needed
