Primary Care Physician – NYC & Atlanta Nortek Medical Staffing Job posted: May 20, 2026 Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Position Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, multi-site outpatient medical group serving communities across Brooklyn and greater NYC. Practice Environment Multi‑site outpatient network across Brooklyn Locations may include: Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Prospect Heights, East Flatbush Team‑based model with MDs, NPs, PAs, and specialists Integrated services including diagnostics, imaging, and specialty care Centralized administrative and clinical support Patient Population Diverse NYC patient base Adults and geriatric patients (some pediatrics depending on site) Mix of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care Emphasis on preventive care and long‑term patient management Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $215,000 – $250,000 Productivity bonus potential (RVU/collections‑based) Full benefits package (health, malpractice, PTO) Earning potential up to approximately $300,000+ with productivity Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Manage acute and chronic conditions (HTN, diabetes, etc.) Perform preventive care, physicals, and wellness visits Coordinate care with in‑house specialists (cardiology, GI, neurology, etc.) Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Participate in telehealth visits as needed Potential involvement in home visits (based on preference and role structure) Qualifications MD or DO degree Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative, high‑volume environment Schedule & Flexibility Full‑time outpatient schedule Flexible structure may include: telehealth shifts, optional home visits Potential evenings/weekends (based on clinic needs) Key Skills & Competencies Strong outpatient primary care clinical skills Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.) Preventive care and wellness‑focused approach Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently Experience with EMR systems and accurate documentation Care coordination and referral management within a multidisciplinary team Excellent patient communication and relationship‑building skills Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery Adaptability in a multi‑site, fast‑paced clinical environment Time management and organizational skills Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse patient populations #J-18808-Ljbffr
