Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for utility-scale solar projects
Bid Preparation: Collaborate with business development and project management teams
Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and uncertainties associated with project execution
Value Engineering: Utilize value engineering principles to optimize project costs
Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
Cost Analysis: Thoroughly analyze and benchmark project costs against industry standards, historical data, and market trends
Documentation: Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, reports, and documentation to support project planning, budgeting, and financing activities
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to junior estimators and project teams
