Medical center is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN to join an established Women's Health Clinic - Clinic hours MondayFriday 8am5pm; flexible schedule with 36 patient care hours per week - 2530 patients per day when ramped - Call: 1:3 with FTE and locums support; typically 03 calls per day - 4 ORs and 2 C-section suites; 5 LDR beds; approximately 300 deliveries per year - No robotics - Outpatient therapy support for pelvic floor and other female health needs - Urology and General Surgery support available - Stable, long-term staff; U/S tech, lab tech, and RN support in department -Base salary starting at $400,000 with wRVU production incentive - $60,000 sign-on bonus - $15,000 relocation allowance - Student loan repayment assistance and residency stipend - $5,000 CME allowance - 25 days PTO - Health benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage - Mississippi medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority required or ability to obtain

Medical Center is a 165-bed acute-care general hospital that includes a 35-bed nursing home. Medical campus also features the Medical Office Building and an Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility with staff offering adult and pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as an aquatic therapy program.
