Job Responsibilities

• Work 12-hour shifts with evening call coverage following your shift.
• Manage care for 4 patients per shift.
• Provide services in a 20-bed pediatric unit.
• Fulfill both inpatient rounding and call responsibilities.
• Demonstrate intubation skills for newborns and pediatric patients.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current PALS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Commit to a minimum of 10-12 shifts per month.
• Expect a callback percentage of 5-10% for call coverage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $125.00 to $150.00.
• Rates are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
