Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays Compensation: $18.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience. What You’ll Do: Ability to follow precise instructions. Adhere to job site safety protocol. Maintain a clean & safe work environment. Assist lead foreman in material & labor tracking. What You Bring: HVAC experience preferred Self-motivated Valid driver’s license Ability to work on roofs & lifts Basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn more Ability to pass a background check & drug test Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively. The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling. Ability to climb and work from ladders. Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty. Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
