Key Responsibilities\n

As a part-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering effective therapeutic interventions using diverse modalities suitable for low-acuity clients.

• Engaging with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing various communication methods to foster connection and support.

• Providing psychoeducation around various mental health topics, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will encounter through Horizon Heal predominantly consist of stable, low-acuity adults. These individuals often present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight disorders, and require grief support. Importantly, our platform excludes children and high-risk mental health cases, allowing you to focus on what you do best in a manageable setting.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and independent LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.
\n
• A reliable internet connection to support telehealth services.
\n
• A desktop or laptop computer as tablets are not compatible with our platform.
