Shift Manager – McDonald’s (Franchisee) This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Description McDonald’s Works for Me. I’m going places. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older. Benefits $14.00/hr starting wage. Medical, dental and vision coverage after one year of full-time service. Paid time off starts first day/first hour. Unpaid leaves of absence. Discount programs. Free meals / meal discounts.
