Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

Aba, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to help lead a high-volume Mediterranean kitchen in Nashville. You'll be the Executive Chef's right hand, keeping standards sharp and the team strong through every service.

What you'll do:

• Oversee kitchen operations and lead the Sous Chef team
• Drive consistency, execution, and speed at high volume
• Manage food cost, labor, ordering, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen talent

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of salaried leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Upscale restaurant experience (not fast casual or casual)
• Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract kitchen experience does not qualify for this role
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a demanding environment
