Senior Business Analyst - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and recommending solutions to support strategic objectives and operational improvements.Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysisAnalyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automationTranslate business needs into functional specifications for development teamsSupport testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancementsFacilitate communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecyclePrepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-makingRequirements:10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mappingStrong knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologiesProficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, or TableauExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsDesired skills:Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)Pay range up to: $79.76 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
