Sr. Developer

Location: Remote in Canada

Duration: 1 month initially with possible extension

Pay Rate: $53 T4 and $65 INC.

Prior experience working in the public or utilities sector.

Description:

• Provide Jira Cloud application sustainment services including incident, problem and change management activities
• Perform Jira Cloud user requests including user account or site maintenance
• Jira Cloud end user support
• Work closely with the application maintenance services team to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of the applications and systems
• The resource must be located within Canada
• Provide estimates for work assigned as requested
• Provide input to system documentation
• Must be able to work in a self-sufficient manner and must be a good team player
• Must possess a commitment to high quality deliverables
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and team members

Mandatory Skills, Certifications and Experience:

• Jira Cloud administration and support experience, 3-5 years
• Client facing experience 3-5 years
• Using ServiceNow as a service tracking tool 1-2 years
• Application support services 3-5 years

Nice to have skills, Certifications and Experience:

• Jira Cloud Administration certified
• C#, ASP.NET/WebAPI
• MS SQL
• Version control
• ITIL certification
• ASP.NET WebPages/WebServices
