Associate Attorney

Cohen & Cohen, Law Corporation is a small, well‑established litigation firm that handles complex civil disputes, including partnership and shareholder conflicts, business torts and breach of fiduciary duty, real estate litigation, breach of contract and commercial matters, attorney fee disputes, and construction defect and delay claims. We are seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3–7 years of litigation experience who enjoys taking ownership of cases and contributing meaningfully to strategy. The ideal candidate has excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills and is comfortable managing matters from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing case strategy Conducting discovery, including written discovery and taking/defending depositions Preparing and arguing law and motion Attending mediations Preparing cases for trial or arbitration Meaningfully participating in trials and arbitrations What we offer: No billable‑hour requirements Competitive salary range: $200,000–$250,000 DOE Benefits package Referral fees paid for matters brought into the firm Partnership path available for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment, judgment, and strong client‑service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
