That is why we offer competitive pay and rich benefits for our full-time employees. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - INSTALLATION TECHNICIANMinimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as neededClean driving recordProven track record in heating and cooling systemsThe ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagramsStrong verbal and written communication skillsNATE and EPA certifications are a plus!
