Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Task Manager to support our customer onsite in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level
• Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems
• Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems
• Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities
• Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization
• Prepares daybook requirements for following business day to include; Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination and Weekly Task Management

• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift
• TS/SCI w/poly level clearance is required
• Requires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience
• Experience in the following is required:

Salary Range

$120,000 - $130,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary. When extending an offer, DarkStar Intelligence considers various factors, including (but not limited to) the job's responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data alignment, applicable bargaining agreements (if any), and other relevant laws.
