Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership or management roles

• Strong clinical background in nursing, with a focus on gerontological care

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive change and improvement
