We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated to build relationships, close business, and grow a long-term career. You will work Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule, warm leads, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

• First-year earnings range from $60,000 to $80,000

• Identify and prospect new clients using provided leads and proactive outreach
• Educate clients on auto, home, life, health, and business insurance solutions
• Conduct needs based conversations to recommend appropriate coverage
• Prepare and present accurate insurance quotes and policy options
• Close new business while building long term client relationships
• Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and roleplay exercises

• Active insurance license required or a willingness to obtain with agency support
• Self motivated, goal oriented, and driven to succeed
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team setting
• Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
