Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, the full-time Health & Benefits Consultant will provide strategic guidance on employee benefits, plan design, and cost management while working in a hybrid environment across various locations. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on health and welfare benefit programs, including cost management strategies and wellness initiatives Lead annual renewal processes, including marketing, carrier negotiations, and financial analysis Analyze healthcare utilization and develop financial models to support client decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of employee benefits consulting or related healthcare advisory experience Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Strong knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing programs Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain Virtual Vocations Inc
