Physical Therapist OpportunityLocation: Lee's Summit, Missouri Position: Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experiencePosition OverviewWe are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Lee's Summit, MO. This role is designed for a PT who wants to provide thoughtful, structured care with enough time to properly support each patient.You will work with patients who need help improving mobility, managing pain, recovering from injury, building strength, and returning to regular daily activity. The pace allows you to focus on treatment quality, education, documentation, and steady patient progress.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete initial evaluations and gather patient history, symptoms, and functional goalsBuild treatment plans that support mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and pain reductionLead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement activitiesProvide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions within scope of practiceTeach patients proper movement techniques and home exercise routinesReview patient progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriateMaintain complete and accurate documentation for all visits
