Wellness Coach (Part-Time) - Join Our Y Community! Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others feel confident in the gym? We're looking for a friendly, motivated Wellness Coach to join our team and support members on their wellness journey. Thursdays 2pm-5pm
- Part-Time
- Pay: $18.21-$19.21 per hour
- Mondays: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursdays: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Welcome and support members in the fitness center
- Provide equipment orientations and safe exercise guidance
- Build positive relationships and encourage member engagement
- Help create a clean, safe, and inclusive environment
- Support members in achieving their personal health goals
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of fitness and safe exercise practices
- Ability to work with diverse members in an inclusive environment
