We're seeking a Director of Development to lead industrial development projects throughout the Southeast, overseeing opportunities from site selection and acquisition through project completion.

As Director of Development, you'll oversee the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financial underwriting, design coordination, construction oversight and project delivery. You'll work closely with internal leadership while managing consultants, municipalities, contractors and key stakeholders to successfully advance multiple developments from concept through completion.

Experience & Background:

• 10+ years of industrial real estate development experience.
• Background with a leading industrial developer or a similar institutional development firm.
• Strong expertise in site acquisition, entitlements, financial underwriting and development management.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for leadership and sound judgment

This role offers a base salary of $250,000 to $350,000, together with a competitive executive compensation package, bonus potential based on performance and a comprehensive executive benefits program.
