Customer Service Representative

Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Sulphur, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service, assisting students with the check-in process, answering questions, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for students
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or concerns
Assist with company inquiries and scheduling issues
Maintain confidentiality regarding student information
Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and internet browsers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
Willingness to assist in different departments as needed
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Additional Information:

Location: Sulphur, LA 70663
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Mondayâ€“Friday, 6:00 AM â€“ 3:00 PM
