26/27 School Year | $50-$55/hour | Full-Time (Short Term) | Virtual | Michigan SLP License RequiredAbout the Role: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. Youll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.

Together, our industry-leading approach includes:· Regular caseload check-ins and clinical consultation from in-house Directors who carry no caseloads· Local office support with the resources of a national organization· CEU, license, and tuition reimbursement· Medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match· Spread pay option, paid sick time, and life/short-term disability insurance· Quarterly appreciation gifts and online lending libraryWhat Youll Do:· Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning· Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members· Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals· Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews· Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills· Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation· Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)What Were Looking For: Must Have:· Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)· DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills· Excellent written and verbal communicationPreferred:· One year of experience in speech therapy· Department of Education certification· Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs· Experience with school-based caseload managementAbout Point Quest Group: Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
