Operations Manager

The Role We are looking for someone to own the operational backbone of Coram day to day: our offices and the people operations that run on top of them. As we grow fast across multiple locations, you will make sure our spaces, systems, and team experience scale with us. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role based onsite at our Sunnyvale HQ five days a week. On the office side, you will own workplace operations end to end: facilities, AV, supplies, vendors, and insurance; office events and offsites; travel; and the workplace budget across our locations. You will lead moves, buildouts, and space planning as we grow, and partner closely with IT and security.
