Certified Protection Professional Manager

Leading a team of regional security consultants, the full-time Manager Regional Security Services will oversee physical security programs, identify risks, implement controls, and ensure compliance while working in a hybrid or remote capacity across multiple states. Key responsibilities Manage a team with physical security responsibilities, establishing performance expectations and driving accountability Oversee security services delivery, risk identification, and incident response across multiple regions Collaborate with business partners to develop strategies and controls that mitigate risks within the Bank's risk tolerance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Retail Bank Operations and Security, including management, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent professional certification preferred Strong risk management skills Direct management/leadership experience in a security context Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards, including the Bank Protection Act and NIST 800-53
