As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Schedule: 32 to a 40-hour work week. Must be available to work any of the 7 days of the work week.

• Shift 1: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Workdays to be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Monitor the premises to ensure security

• Conduct patrols by foot and by car, to spot any suspicious activity.

• Control access points and verify identities.

• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.

• Read and write detailed reports on events and incidents.

• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility.

• You can quickly learn so you can enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

• You are proficient in working with electronics.

• You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.

• You are certified in the areas of CPR/AED or can obtain them after an offer within 2 weeks or less.

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• You are authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills.

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

• You have a valid PILB in hand.

• Must be able to stand, sit, walk for long periods of time, and handle any weather conditions.

• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.

• You have a valid driver's license.

• You have at least a copy of your HS Diploma/GED, or higher degree in hand.

• You have, or can obtain CPR/AED/FIRST AID, within 1 week of an offer.
