THE TACO SHOP MEXICAN KITCHEN in Ventura, CA, is on the hunt for a friendly and reliable Cashier - Front of House Help to join our team. What You’ll DoAs a Cashier and Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and assisting them with their orders.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Answering customer questions and providing menu recommendations.
- Communicating effectively in both Spanish and English to serve our diverse clientele.
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for great customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Bilingual skills : Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Experience : At least 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
