Descripción del Puesto El Agente del Equipo de Seguridad Residencial (RST) proporciona apoyo crítico a un detalle de seguridad protectora en Palo Alto, CA. Este rol opera en un entorno dinámico, multifacético y de ritmo rápido, requiriendo individuos orientados al trabajo en equipo, ambiciosos y adaptables, capaces de mantener el profesionalismo. Los candidatos deben sentirse cómodos interactuando con individuos influyentes y de alto perfil y estar preparados para un entorno laboral exigente y enérgico. Responsabilidades El rol implica patrullar propiedades, responder a emergencias y levantar objetos pesados según sea necesario. La posición involucra turnos de día y de noche, un horario de 4 días de trabajo y 3 días libres, fines de semana, días festivos y turnos adicionales según sea necesario. Las responsabilidades incluyen viajes nacionales/locales, capacitación trimestral en armas de fuego, tácticas defensivas, medicina y conducción. Calificaciones Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, buena forma física. Experiencia en seguridad, servicios militares o aplicación de la ley. Certificaciones en primeros auxilios, RCP y permisos de armas de fuego. Preferencia: título universitario, dominio bilingüe y experiencia en seguridad residencial o protección ejecutiva. Horario y Compensación Salario base: $43.20 por hora.
