Team Lead - Biometric Passport Processing (Pakistani Nationals)

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee the processing of biometric passports for Pakistani nationals in our Washington office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of passport processing specialists ensuring high quality and efficient processing of applications and providing exceptional customer service to all applicants. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the passport processing team Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and protocols for handling passport applications Monitor application queues to ensure timely processing and adherence to service level agreements Review completed applications for accuracy and completeness before submission to authorities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations policies and procedures related to biometric passport processing Handle any escalated issues or complaints from applicants with professionalism and efficiency Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and streamline operations Requirements Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in biometric passport processing or immigration services Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal fluency in Urdu is highly preferred Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Familiarity with biometric technology and systems is an asset As this role involves working with sensitive personal information of applicants all candidates must undergo a thorough background check and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols We offer Competitive salary package with benefits Opportunities for career growth within our expanding company A multicultural work environment that values diversity inclusivity and teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr StarsOfTheShow
