The Opportunity We are looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to support our Engineering team for 6 months. In this role, you will partner closely with the engineering team to identify, attract, and hire strong technical talent. You'll leverage data-driven recruiting practices and structured processes to efficiently fill open roles while delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is a contract position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience. We are only considering candidates currently based in the SF Bay Area who can come to the office 2-3 days a week. Thank you! What You'll Do Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations. Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies. Partner with engineering team to build structured interview plans that assess the right technical and functional competencies. Manage a pipeline of requisitions, balancing speed and quality to meet hiring goals. Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets. Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What You Have 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles. Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent. Good understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality.
