General Manager Denillo Heating and Air Pittsburgh, PA

Denillo Heating and Air is a well-established HVAC company serving the greater Pittsburgh area. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations and drive the continued success and growth of the company.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Owner, with full responsibility for overall company performance.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $120,000
• Performance Bonus (based on company profitability and key performance metrics)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full operational leadership across sales, service, installation, and administrative departments
• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members
• Drive revenue growth, improve gross margins, and increase operational efficiency
• Oversee commercial and residential project execution
• Monitor daily KPIs and financial reports, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms
• Resolve escalated customer and internal issues
• Execute strategic initiatives in alignment with ownership's goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of General Manager or equivalent senior leadership experience
• Proven experience managing a company with $3M+ in annual revenue
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years in HVAC or skilled trades management
• Bachelor's degree
• QuickBooks and job costing experience
• Experience managing $5M+ revenue companies
