Job Duties and Responsibilities

Field teams and corporate personnel face ongoing technical friction that disrupts daily operations across nationwide operations. The Mobility Support Desk Technician addresses these operational challenges by managing the end-to-end device lifecycle and resolving critical mobile technology failures. Through immediate technical intervention and seamless provisioning, this role ensures uninterrupted connectivity for essential workforce tools.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

• Deliver one-contact resolution for technical inquiries and mobile issues across phone, email, and chat channels
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network failures across Android and iOS platforms
• Execute daily staging, MDM enrollment, QA testing, and software provisioning for new hire and replacement mobile devices
• Maintain data integrity across wireless carrier billing portals, Workspace One MDM, and ServiceNow systems
• Apply AI literacy tools to streamline mobile troubleshooting workflows and accelerate ticket resolution times

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

• Advanced technical troubleshooting capabilities for mobile operating systems, hardware, and wireless network configurations
• Expertise in mobile device management platforms, software provisioning portals, and service desk management tools
• Strong analytical, root-cause problem solving, and customer service abilities with focus on precision
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
• High adaptability and self-motivation to navigate fast-paced, dynamic operational environments
• Practical AI Application skills to enhance operational efficiency and automated diagnostic workflows

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in mobile device management, technical helpdesk support, or IT operations
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Workspace One
• IT Service Management software such as ServiceNow
• Android and iOS enterprise deployment and support

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
