Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to support the Intelligence Community in Laurel, MD. Direct hire full-time position Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits Mid-size company with room for growth Position Title Full Stack Software Developer Position Location Government site in Laurel, MD Description Join a team of developers and system engineers and play a crucial role in ensuring that applications in the Human Resource Applications and Services organization operate effectively Primary responsibility will be providing application development and production support for critical human resource applications that support the enterprise In this role you can develop and implement innovative approaches to improve system sustainment helping to proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur. The position will require working in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets. This provides an opportunity to constantly learn and grow as a developer, while also making a meaningful impact on the organization’s operations. Qualifications TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience with JavaScript frameworks Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments Experience with MongoDB Desired Experience Experience working with the AWS Platform Experience with GitLab Experience with GitLab runners for continuous integration Experience with Agile methodologies Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts Experience with Docker Experience with LLM Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance) Required Clearance Active TSSCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $160k-$175k+ Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
