What’s In It For You Base pay range: $28.34–$30.85 per hour Targeted annual commission: $10,800 (guaranteed for up to two months during training) Health, dental and vision insurance; 50% 401(k) match up to 7% contribution PTO after 30 days; annual tuition reimbursement $2,500–$5,000; tire discounts The Opportunity As a Retail Tire Sales Representative, you will work inside a premium OEM dealership, selling tires on the service drive and collaborating with dealership technicians. Responsibilities Sell tires and related products to customers on the service drive to exceed assigned sales goals. Inspect customers’ vehicles, diagnose tire‑related problems, recommend service, and quote prices. Ensure required repairs are completed as ordered and priced as quoted. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer personnel. Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve problems that arise. Complete monthly market analyses. Assist in store operations (e.g., inventory management, opening/closing the store). Co‑operate with dealership technicians to maintain service levels. Qualifications Minimum 2years of tire service experience, preferably in a retail tire environment. Excellent verbal communication skills and strong customer‑service orientation. Ability to operate a motor vehicle (subject to Dealer Tire’s Vehicle Record Policy and Fleet Policy). Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and online order‑management applications. Physical Job Requirements Able to stand 7–8hours a day and keep up with service‑drive traffic, inspecting 80–100 vehicles a day. Able to lift up to 75pounds unassisted.
