Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support overnight operations and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and can balance guest service with administrative and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests as needed.
• Perform end-of-day accounting tasks, including balancing folios, verifying charges, and preparing daily reports.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure accuracy across front desk and financial records.
• Monitor property activity and address guest concerns, safety issues, or operational needs promptly.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare shift handoff notes and communicate important updates to the next team.
• Support other front desk or administrative tasks to maintain smooth overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, accounting, or customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems, reservation software, and basic office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Flexible availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with property management systems or hotel accounting procedures.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, audit procedures, and report preparation.
• Familiarity with guest service standards and hospitality best practices.
