Maintenance/Cleaner

RC Willey is seeking a dependable Maintenance/Cleaner to help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Duties include sweeping and vacuuming floors, emptying trash, restocking restroom supplies, recycling cardboard and Styrofoam in the dock area, and performing minor repairs and other assigned tasks. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs., comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM (Sundays off plus one weekday off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and vacuum floors and aisles
• Empty trash cans
• Replenish bathroom supplies and ensure facility equipment functions properly
• Recycle cardboard and Styrofoam in the dock area
• Perform minor repairs
• Complete other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
