Group FacilitatorLocation: Seattle, WA Compensation: $100 - $150/hour.Schedule: As needed (PRN) up to 10 hours per week and flexibility is highly preferred. Mission Connection empowers these individuals to connect with their clinical team when, where, and how it's most convenient for them.Position OverviewAMFM Healthcare is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead therapeutic group sessions for our in-person IOP/OP program. In this role, you will guide clients through evidence-based practices, helping them develop the skills necessary for long-term stability and recovery. Ideal candidates will have experience facilitating groups in Art Therapy, Fitness/Wellness, Psychodrama, or other mental health modalities. Not currently looking for Music Therapy.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.Work with acute clients experiencing co-occurring mood disorders, substance use, and suicidal ideation.Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and California Licensing Standards.Provide therapeutic interventions and create individualized care plans with measurable objectives.Document client progress, develop transition and discharge plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.Assist in crisis intervention and act as a point of contact for families regarding clinical care.Participate in staff meetings, quality management initiatives, and training programs.Adhere to ethical standards, legal guidelines, and AMFM Healthcare's policies and procedures.QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a Bachelor's, however a Master's degree in a clinically related field is highly preferred.Experience: Leading group therapy sessions (process, psychoeducational, etc.). Working with individuals struggling with mental health and addiction issues.Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and required screenings.
