AR/Accounting Coordinator

Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented AR/Accounting Coordinator to join our accounting team. This role will support accounts receivable and collections while also supporting billing and electronic billing processes.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Take ownership of accounts receivable and collections, including follow-up on outstanding balancesCommunicate with clients regarding past-due invoices in a professional and timely mannerMonitor AR aging and escalate issues as neededSupport the billing process, including preparing and finalizing invoicesManage e-billing submissions, including resolving rejections and appealsDistribute invoices to clients and ensure timely deliveryWork with attorneys and staff to resolve billing and payment questionsAssist with month-end processesOther diversified accounting tasks as directedThe successful candidate must possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.Requirements:2-5 years of accounts receivable and/or billing experience Experience with electronic billing platforms is a plusInterested applicants should send a resume with cover letter to Nicole Weiss at View email address on click.appcast.io annualized salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000.
