School Psychologist Club Xcite, in affiliation with AB Staffing, is looking for an experienced School Psychologist that is available for the 2026/2027 school year. Requirements Graduate Degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) in psychology, social work, or counseling. Must be certified in School Psychology OR hold a School Psychologist license in the state of California. Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required. Elementary and Middle School experience preferred – High School also available. Job Description Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location Recruitment Specialists can discuss in detail upon application to connect you to the classroom and best suits your experience and skillset Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – 37hours per week Contract follows the academic district calendar Essential Functions Provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services in the school setting for initial psychological assessment and for reevaluation of children in special education programs. Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead the multidisciplinary team in the process of identifying students of intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities and emotional/behavioral disorders. Communicate psychological assessment results and recommendations both verbally and through written reports. Participate in eligibility and program decisions in meeting the needs of students with disabilities. Participate in and contribute to professional development activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Salary
- 3,562.00-$4,032.00 per week.
- 2,457.00 untaxable Per Diem/week for Travelers.
