Pay: Starting at $18/hour with little to no prior experience, we offer a competitive wage based on skill. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to Molly’s recipes and standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety procedures. Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal features. Assist with prep, dishes, cross‑training, and supporting other kitchen roles as needed. What We’re Looking For Passionate about great food and continuous improvement. Dependable and reliable, with availability on nights and weekends. 1+ year of experience in a fast‑paced kitchen is preferred.
