Hardware Failure Analysis Engineer

Qualifications Electrical Engineering or similar background 5+ years of Hardware industry experience 3+ years of Hardware testing and failure analysis experience Any ability to write scripting is a plus, not needed Key Responsibilities Perform hands‑on electrical and mechanical analysis on failed Network switches to pinpoint the exact failure mechanism. Develop test equipment to perform failure analysis on ODM switches and access points. Partner with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing engineering teams to communicate findings and implement corrective and preventive actions. Document analysis steps, test data, and final conclusions into clear, data‑driven, and detailed failure analysis reports for internal teams and external customers.
